1. This promotion is open to all residents in countries where Navigator Paper is available, including Europe and the United States of America.

Employees of Portucel Soporcel, their families and anyone else connected with the promotion are excluded.

2. The Promotion is opened from 07/03/08 and will run until 31/08/08.

3. To enter, simply enter the unique ream number, your name, e-mail address, country and answer the question correctly.

4. Navigator has 1000 GPS “TomTom Europe” to be won during the competition period.

1000 GPS “TomTom Europe” and other “digital” downloadable prizes will be randomly assigned, during the promotion period, out of the participants who have entered a valid ream number and answered the question correctly.

5. All prizes will be allocated immediately. If the prize is a GPS “TomTom Europe” the winner will then have 15 days to send the ream packaging wrapper with the winning code, photocopy of an i.d. document and a copy of the confirmation e-mail message, by post to one of the following addresses:

6. After “TomTom GPS” allocation, it will become ‘blocked’ for the winner for a period of 15 days, starting the day the user has won the prize.

7. In case the participant does not send the documents mentioned in point 5 of these rules, or is not a resident of the country where the prize has been allocated, the prize will be released back into the pool of prizes after the 15 day period.

8. Portucel Soporcel can not be held liable for system failures at the handling house, on the websites or on telephone hotlines. Neither can we be held responsible for the failure to fulfil the obligations of any of the third parties involved in this promotion, although we will always endeavour to minimise the effect of any such failure.

9. Incomplete entries or those not in accordance with the entry instructions are invalid.

10. In the event of unforeseen circumstances the Promoter reserves the right to offer alternative prizes of equal or greater value.

11. No cash alternative will be offered. All prizes are non-transferable.

12. By entering this promotion all participants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the rules. All entry instructions form part of the rules.

13. Any breach of these Terms and Conditions will result in a forfeit of the prize.

15. It is the participant's responsibility to send the documents to the address mentioned in point 5 of these rules. The documents must be sent by normal or registered mail. Do not use courier or delivery services (e.g. SEUR, DHL or similar), as this is a post office box address.
